FAQ

Q1. What raw material can the machine take?
PU slabstock off-cuts, flexible foam production waste, memory foam trimmings, and cushion or mattress cuttings. Foam must be crushed to chip size first — the machine can be fed directly from a foam crusher.

Q2. What density can I produce?
30–200 kg/m³. Density is set by the weight dropped into a fixed mould volume, so changing grade needs no tooling change — only a different batch weight.

Q3. How many blocks per day?
20–25 blocks per 8-hour shift on the RF02-2. Two mould tanks share one mixer, so one block cures while the next is filled.

Q4. What is the standard block size? Can it be changed?
Standard mould tank is L2050 × W1650 × H1600 mm. Tank size is customisable, and cylindrical tanks are available if you want to peel continuous rolls.

Q5. What boiler do I need, and is it included?
200 L standard, customisable. Gas, diesel and electric are all available — we build to whichever fuel is cheapest at your site. Confirm boiler scope of supply when you request a quotation.

Q6. What are the power and space requirements?
19.5 kW total. Machine footprint L10000 × W3600 × H4800 mm; allow around 20 m of line length for the crusher and conveyor. Voltage and frequency are built to your local supply.

Q7. Do you send installation drawings?
Yes. Foundation and layout drawings are supplied before shipment so civil work can be finished before the machine arrives.

Q8. Do you provide installation and training?
Engineers are available for on-site installation, commissioning and operator training. Confirm terms with your sales contact at the quotation stage.

Q9. What is the lead time and MOQ?
MOQ 1 set. Lead time depends on configuration and current build queue — please confirm with us.

Q10. Can I start smaller and expand later?
Yes. RF02, RF02-2 and RF02-2A share the same 10 m³ mixer, 16 RPM drive, 12 T rams and mould tank size, so adding a second tank later needs no operator re-training.

Q12. Do you accept OEM / customisation?
