The GENMAX BZJ18 is a high-speed automatic pocket spring coiling and pocketing machine developed for mattress and upholstered furniture manufacturers that require stable, continuous and efficient pocket spring production.

With a production speed of up to 180 springs per minute, the BZJ18 combines steel wire feeding, wire heat treatment, spring forming, spring conveying, spring compression, non-woven fabric feeding, pocket forming and ultrasonic welding in one automated production process. The coordinated servo-controlled system helps maintain stable movement and consistent spring output during continuous high-speed operation.

The integrated ultrasonic welding system seals the non-woven fabric around each spring to form continuous pocket spring strings for the next stage of mattress-core assembly. Sensor-based material feeding and synchronized fabric tension control help reduce manual intervention and maintain smooth production.

The BZJ18 handles steel wire diameters of Φ1.8–2.2 mm, pocket spring heights of 80–250 mm and spring core diameters of Φ55–75 mm, with other specifications customizable according to production requirements. It is compatible with 60–90 g/m² non-woven fabric in widths of 320–680 mm.
